Quintessential Design Inc. hereby notifies our U.S. dealers offering Quin helmets that written Dealer Guidelines and Advertising Policies apply to all Quin products. Dealer sales policies, promotions and advertising of Quin products must comply with these guidelines and policies. Copies of Guidelines and Policies may be obtained from your sales representative or directly from http://quin.design.
Cash or cash equivalent (Apple Pay, PayPal, etc.), or credit card with order. By accepting ANY order from Quintessential Design Inc. you are acknowledging that your company is entering into a business transaction under Texas law, Dallas, Texas.
Open accounts may be requested by well established dealerships. Approval is subject to review of information supplied by dealer. All open accounts are due payable ten days following the end of the month (Net 10 E.O.M.). A 1.5% per month late charge will be added to overdue accounts. When applying for an open account it could take two (2) to three (3) weeks for account approval and credit limit to be established. A $35.00 per occurrence charge may be added to a dealers account for any insufficient funds or returned checks..
All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to ship all product orders at the prevailing price at time of shipment. Always check the invoice for your current dealer price.
Quintessential Design Inc. will make every effort to ship orders complete the day they are received. If you do not include shipping instructions with your order, we will ship in the most reasonable means available to us, according to the order size and weight.
Quintessential Design Inc. currently offers free freight on any order over $300.00 of shippable products, EXCEPT in Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. Please indicate if you wish “out of stock” items to remain on backorder until available or cancelled if not available. You can specify this in the “Notes” field, on the Quin B2B website or with your sales representative. We do not offer free freight on backorders if the backordered product does not meet your current free freight minimum, but will make our best effort to contact you before shipping out backordered product before shipping.
All products are carefully examined before being packed and shipped. Any claims regarding a shipment, or damaged goods in a shipment, must be made immediately with the shipper.
All products being returned to Quintessential Design Inc. MUST be accompanied by a return authorization issued by Quin. We must be notified within five (5) days of the receipt of products about any incorrect or defective products. If Quin is in error concerning products appropriate credit will be applied to your account or correct product will be shipped to you and credit for the incorrect products applied upon receipt of the returned product at Quin Design Inc. If returned product was ordered incorrectly by dealer a 20% restocking fee plus any freight cost incurred by Quintessential Design Inc. will be charged. Products returned to Quin must be returned unused, in restock-able condition (tags, stickers, shield cling still on the product) and must be packaged in the original box with any product documentation that was in the original box inside the original helmet bag with no part of the helmet exposed to prevent shipping damage. The helmet box should be packed inside a proper shipping box, and should NOT be used as the shipping box. The return authorization form must be placed inside the helmet box. All returned helmets must be in suitable condition for resell. Any helmets returned damaged or unsellable can be charged up to the entire cost of the helmet. Closeout or discontinued sale merchandise may not be returned. ONLY account credit will be provided for returned merchandise, NO CASH REFUNDS WILL BE MADE.
Only current, non-closeout or discontinued product will be considered for stock rotation. If approved, a ratio of 2-to-1 order value to rotated stock value must be placed at the time of the product rotation. Product must be returned and sellable as stated in the returns policy.
Quin Design does not have a minimum order requirement
