Every Independent Sales Representative (ISR) must complete the online, electronic Application. To download and read the application, please click on “download application” below. To proceed with completing the application, please click on “sign application” button. To ensure the quickest process possible, please do not fill out the downloaded copy. A completed copy of your digitally signed agreement will be made available to you upon request.
All ISR’s will have access to the Quin Design Sales Kit. This kit includes the following: Welcome Letter Dealer Spring Program Flyer Quin Helmet & Parts Price List PDF Order Form - print, fill-in and email Excel Order Builder - allows reps to use preset formulas to build order forms and send to Dealers Sales “Cheat Sheets” Helmet Size Chart Helmet Overview Cheat Sheet Smart System Overview Cheat Sheet Selling Points Cheat Sheet As an additional tool for you we also offer downloadable Excel based order sheets, these forms will auto-calculate an order and have the three dealer discount levels (Dealer 1 = 30%, Dealer 2 = 35%, DEALER 3 = 40%) pre-built into the Excel form. These will allow you to pre-build orders for your dealers to use for sales presentations. Additionally, should you or a Dealer prefer to use a static, printed, offline order form, or should you run out of the order pad forms, please refer to your Sales Kit for the PDF order form for printing. A case of printed catalogs will be automatically sent to you upon the completion of your hiring. To request additional print catalogs, email firstname.lastname@example.org. The catalog can be read online and is accessible on ISSUU.com via the button below. Additionally it can be downloaded directly to your computer using the button below.
Quin wants to simplify and streamline the process of introducing our brand to Dealers as much as we can. To assist you, Quin has created an intro email series that will hopefully make it easier for you to educate your Dealers on Quin Design Helmets, and get them to a decision point faster. Going forward, we will create at least 1 email update per month for our Reps to send out to their Dealers.
Sales representatives need to have an account with one email marketing service platform like Mailchimp or Constant Contact. Currently Quin offers templates on these two platforms only as they are the most popular - if you use a different one please let us know so we can see how to best support you!
If you do not yet have an account with either platform, we suggest Mailchimp. Our suggestion is based primarily on two factors. First, Mailchimp won’t cost you anything unless you surpass 2,000 contacts and 10,000 emails. (That’s a lot of emails!) Secondly, Mailchimp allows Quin to share email templates with ANY user.
If you prefer Constant Contact, Quin is excited to be able to provide you with an exclusive 20% discount on your account AND free access to custom templates. Please note that unless you sign up for an account under Quin’s partnership link we will not be able to assist you with templates except for an HTML export. (Without a partnership account, you will have to hire a Constant Contact employee to recreate the template for you and pay them $45 per email!)
